1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Levant BBQ website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site.

2. Description of Services

Levant BBQ provides information regarding our BBQ restaurant locations, catering services, online food ordering (facilitated via Clover), apparel sales with in-store pickup, and waitlist signups for future locations and gift cards.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase apparel or submit catering requests through our site. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for the actions of any minors using the site.

4. Ordering and Payment

• Online Food Orders: Processed entirely through our third-party partner, Clover. These orders are subject to Clover's terms and conditions.
• Apparel Purchases: Processed securely through Stripe. All apparel orders are for in-store pickup only at the specified Levant BBQ location.
• Prices for all items are subject to change without notice.
• Orders are only confirmed after payment processes successfully.

5. Pickup Policy (Apparel)

• Apparel orders must be picked up within 30 days of receiving your "ready for pickup" notification.
• Unclaimed orders after 30 days may be forfeited without a refund.
• A valid ID matching the order name may be required at the time of pickup.
• We do not offer shipping for apparel at this time.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Apparel: We do not accept returns on worn items. Exchanges for sizing or defect issues may be made within 14 days of pickup. Please contact info@levantbarbecue.com for assistance.
• Catering: Deposits, cancellations, and refund terms will be outlined in your individual catering agreement.
• Food Orders: Subject to Clover's refund policies. Please contact the restaurant directly for issues with food orders.

7. Halal Certification

Levant BBQ represents that all food is prepared in accordance with halal standards. Full certification details are available upon request at our restaurant locations.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in abusive behavior, fraud, reverse engineering of the site, data scraping, or impersonating Levant BBQ or its staff.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, photography, and the Levant BBQ name are the exclusive property of Levant BBQ. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

10. Disclaimers

• The site and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
• We make no warranty that the site will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
• Food Allergens: Customers are responsible for informing our staff of any food allergies. Levant BBQ is not liable for undisclosed allergies.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Levant BBQ's liability arising from your use of the site or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Levant BBQ and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
